Having learned the materials in Session 2, now please discuss the following questions.

1. Why is it important to use proper grammar, punctuation and capitalization in English writing? 
2. Find a picture of an office room online. Then, write a descriptive paragraph consisting 4-5 sentences containing:

• • an introductory sentence,
  • location of the office,
  • interesting features of the office, and
  • what you feel about the office.

Please attach the image after you write the paragraph.

For question 1, you can answer either in English or Indonesian.

For question 2, you must write in English

1.Grammar in English is a rule that applies to the use of language both orally and in writing. The use of proper grammar will produce clear sentences and paragraphs. The arrangement of sentences and paragraphs is neatly structured. So, what is meant in sentences and paragraphs can be understood.
Punctuation will help to understand a sentence or paragraph according to the circumstances, atmosphere, and also the context of the discussion. If it is used incorrectly, usually the meaning of a sentence will change.
Capitalization is to help show the reader the importance of different words. Capitalization can show that a word is different from another word.

2. I took this picture from the internet, this is one of the hospitals where I live, precisely in the city of Tegal named Kardinah. This office has pretty good facilities and there are always new building updates. Last year there was an update of the building such as the canteen which was quite interesting and had a nice garden to look at, besides that the service they provided was friendly. Several times I often went to Kardinah hospital and that's how I felt.
