Sesi 3 Bahasa Indonesia

Hi all,

Having learned the materials in Session 3, now please discuss the following questions.

1. How would you explain the difference between memo and email?
2. Imagine you are working in another city/overseas. Write an email to one of your family members stating how you are and that your contract almost ends so you will be back home soon.

For question 1, you can answer either in English or Indonesian.

For question 2, you must write in English.

Memo is a concise message, which is a message written by someone in a short, clear, and easy to understand way. According to its use, there are official and private (unofficial) memos. Official memos are used as statements in official relationships from a leader to subordinates. Private memos are used as notes or informal statements between friends, relatives, or other people who have close relationships.

Email is an abbreviation of Electronic Mail, which is a means of sending letters via the internet. The internet media in question can be through a computer or mobile phone that has internet access. In general, sending regular mail will incur a fee (Buying Stamps) but in Electronic Mail only an internet connection is needed.

How have you and  family been lately in Indonesia?
I hope mom and family there are fine
I am here fine and healthy, I miss there. Next month my work conctract ends and l will return to Indonesia soon. I have brought gifts for mom, l hope you are like it. See you soon mom,  fine and healthy always, i love u so much and greeting love to mom and family. Please pray for me that my return trip to Indonesia goes well. Thank you.
